After a long 2024 season, we crowned our 9 MPJFL Premiership teams on Sunday August 25th!
Congratulations to the clubs, players, coaches and volunteers that were able to taste Premiership success! A fantastic reward for a long year of hard work and commitment to improvement. To the teams who finished runners up, congratulations on a terrific season – we look forward to seeing you back at the pointy end of the year in 2025. This year was our first year competing in the Regional Competition, in age groups Under 15 and above. It was an exciting challenge for our teams, and one that was embraced with the optimism that is deserved. Our first year in the Regional Competition was an enormous success, with our teams finding a division that met their need for suitable competition. A special congratulations is in order for the following teams, who were able to claim some silverware in our first year competing against our neighboring leagues:
South Mornington (Under 17 Blue Division)
Tyabb (Under 16 Gold Division)
Dromana (Under 15 Navy Division)
Once again, on behalf of the MPJFL, thank you to all of our coaches, volunteers and supporters that make the league a friendly and enjoyable space for the youth of the Peninsula to enjoy the great game of Australian Rules Football.
